Lordy...it's been a longgg time!!

I'll admit, I let this blog go. I've been so busy! Being a mom is hard work...
Of course a lot has happened since I last updated in JANUARY. :(

I'll do my best to update from then till now and then I'll do my best to keep this updated as well.
Bear with me, cause this is not going to be in any kind of order as far as dates go.

* We just got back from state for Brandon's wrestling. As I have mentioned a number of times in the past Brandon moved up to the midget/intermediate group this year. The kids are bigger and older. Despite his awesome season of Southern NV wrestling, I had no expectations of him at state. I honestly just wanted to see him place.
To my surprise..he did well. He took 5th in Greco, 3rd in Freestyle and 3rd in Folkstyle. I was so proud of him!

* I'm also proud to say that he made straight A's on his report card as well! I have to give props to Jeff, he's the homework guy. I don't do homework with the kids. Thankfully, Jeff has that all taken care of by the time I get home from work. :)
I tell you, he keeps a crazy, busy schedule with wrestling 4 nights a week and working moves at home with dad on his "off" time. I wish I had the drive my kids do.

* Alyssa continues to excel as well. School, dance...it doesn't really matter. Everything she does gets 110%. Well, everything except maybe her chores.

* She was asked to help with the baby ballet class this summer during the intensive program. I think she would be great for that. Especially after watching her work with Gabriella. Gabriella knows all the basic ballet positions thanks to Alyssa. :)

* Gabriella has developed quite the personality. She is still such a sweetheart. She loves both Brandon and Alyssa, but I think Alyssa is her favorite buddy. She loves to be around her big sister.

* Jeff and I are both good. Nothing really changes with us. He works and does the wrestling thing. Him and Brandon have been everywhere this season. Colorado, Cali on several different occasions and well as Utah. I think this season was the most they have traveled. Its great for the boys and great for us girls at home. The "man free" weekends are always fun.

I've got a bazillion pictures to share...so hang tight. :)
